From A35 Dorchester by-pass east of town, take A352 Wareham turning,

then first exit at roundabout into Alington Avenue.  Proceed to next

roundabout and exit first left into Buckingham Way.  Then first right into

Balmoral Crescent and second right into Armada Way.
